Thank you SKO ,unfortunutlly there was a lot of censorship going on over on FB. Most will never know the truth behind this gang rape on Revo( the reason I'm calling it that is because in the matter it was handled) some can speculate some know the history of ongoing bashing of Revo bye Sutton. So IMO the fact that the tread got complety deleted, just shows the true story behind this childish behavior IMO.
 
Yep, I'm one of those that highlighted the censoring by Dave Sutton on FB and backed it up with proof.

All my posts deleted and banned from the Facebook Group - a very small minded person who cannot seem to cope with anyone who doesnt share his blinkered view
 
None of the threads on fb I have seen have been started by Dave, neither by ANDI hq, seems like all of them have been started by the same instructor.
 
But the flames were fanned by DS, then when it went in a direction he didn't like, he started censoring, then deleting. Oh well.
 
I don't recall anybody saying DS posted any of the tread that started this gargage,but if you think DS And ANDI didn't know it was going to be done this way, I'm selling the Brooklyn bridge tomorrow I'll let you have it at a great price.
 
I will just say that I think the entire mess was handled unprofessionally by ALL parties involved. Business decisions are made and announced by press release or posting without further comment. There is a reason many corporations are developing written policies for employees and suppliers with respect to social media.

I have tried to ask from ANDI HQ and ANDI Europe that when this public announcement will be made to their official website instead of random facebook groups but results have been banning from several facebook groups and removing my comments from others. From outsiders point this doesn't look really good for ANDI. How it can be that quite important fact, like removing support for one rebreather, is not available on official source of information. I got excuses that webmasters were not working, but 3 days later this information is still not available so there must be something behind that is not told to public. And I assume this culminates to DS, Mr. Massaad and ANDI Europe.

From my point this shows that ANDI is unreliable organisation that should be avoided.

I have asked ANDI HQ for a reasonable explanation, about the real reasons behind this.
I keep the communication open, but I'm afraid that this is partly some kind of 'revenge' by two (former) ANDI rEvo instructors, one that I fired for unsafe practices (making people on purpose passing out by hypoxy on a ANDI - rEvo L2 course) and another one that I refused to make IT on rEvo (for obvious reasons).
The last one now clearly has a bigger say at ANDI HQ, since he became ITD, and acquired 50% of the ANDI Europe shares.

I still think there is a professional way of solving this, but that is not in my hands at this moment. It is just unfair for the good working, active ANDI rEvo instructors in Europe, that now have the cost to cross over to another agency.

I from my side will not allow that my company is slandered with false accusations, even under the name of ANDI, and will take the correct measures to 'counter act' this.

Paul, just a thought from a complete outsider.

If public opinion in the forums and on the 43,271 different Facebook groups is anything to go by, all this kerfuffle is leaning toward the general opinion of "Raymaekers is doing the right thing, ANDI are being a bunch of muppets."

As you say, the people being hurt are the ANDI rEvo instructors - but any legal action you might pursue won't help them, they are stuck with either leaving ANDI or leaving rEvo.

Dropping down to some other peoples' level of calling in the lawyers (the civilised equivalent of monkeys flinging poo about the place) could do a lot more damage to your reputation than just ignoring the annoying little dog that barks at you from the neighbour's back yard.

There are a lot of suppositions in all the aspersions being cast about. IF Dave did this and Christian did that, then Paul is right and ANDI is a bunch of cry babies. IF Paul did this or that, then he crossed the line and rEvo should be spanked.

I always assume the truth is somewhere between the extremes.

well, in this case there is not much supposition: I assume the threads (some of them have now been deleted) are on file, and can be publisched again

the false allegations against the rEvo company are still there, and it's easy to proof they are false: just check the training procedures of both rEvo and the training agency

So I understand, a high up at Andi made someone go hypercapnick(sp) and pass out so they could know how it would "feel" like to take a CO2 hit, and was removed as a rEvo instructor? Then another or the same person at ANDI was denied a IT on the rEvo?
