North and South Carolina - Operation Drumbeat

Sorb isn't the problem as its easy enough to fly it over. Its the tanks and fills that are the main things

    Oriskany Dive in July

Try H2OBelow/ When I was there, they took both rec and tec out. Rec would do a dive, surface interval and 2nd dive. Tec would do one dive over the entire period. Can't remember what the tec run times were though.

Shearwater Research Announces Petrel 2 Dive Computer

There was a post on FB that suggested any units with hardware version 2.4.0 could be upgraded. What wasn't clear was if this is for both the compass and iOS as the conversation seemed to be solely about the compass. I would have thought iOS would be easier as hopefully its just a s/w change to...

    Pimp my JJ

You're probably right. Most of the photos were me just messing around when I was in the shop and had access to a load of regs. Your insight into my warm water trim is noted :) and in return I offer that I am still limber enough to be able to shut them down in that config.:flip: Seriously...

    Pimp my JJ

Routing with the Apeks regs isn't great due to the location of the ports. It means the button gauges and OPVs are a little exposed. Also have not tried any of the Dil configs with a third hose for a BOV. Not sure how your would do it if you were using gauges. Dil with 23cm hose to ADV. Pic...

Changing the Batteries in HP sender

Disagree. Trying to get the fibre optic cable connection to work without having to recut the ends is a major PITA. Best to leave it in place.

What do you mean by technically explore? Is this looking for new stuff or conducting technical dives on existing targets. If the second what is the suggested itinerary?

    Audioflood Waterproof iPod Shuffle

They had ones for swimming on the Gadget show last night. Although it doesn't look like it fully sorted yet if they could get the bone conduction headphones sorted that woul be really good as it removes all the issues of earphones at pressure

    What case for flying?

Sentinel. The crate that I have is 162cm whereas United' website states a limit of 158cm. Do they actually enforce this? AS I don't particularly want to be stung for $400
