JJ Y-Block

Other than from JJ directly, can anyone tell me where I can obtain a similar (small) three port Y-Block as is fitted to the dil side? A UK source would be especially useful. Thanks. Tim
 
Thanks Guys. Miflex (Max Show in the UK) was my first port of call. The Ominswivel (MB-Z3) looks to be far to large to sit between the can and backplate like the dil side Y-block.

There are two LP hoses coming out of the O2 reg (solenoid & MAV). On the Dil side there's just one that feeds a 3-way manifold which then goes on to feed the BOV, ADV & wing.

Adding a similar manifold to the O2 side eliminates a hose and makes routing easier.

Hi Steve, remember my unit has a couple of S600s providing o/c access to the
7s of back gas? I've decided to tidy up those hoses and run them between the bp and wing. As I have a spare Y-block port on the dil side (I'm running wing and suit off a 2) a similar block on the O2 side will reduce the tangle of hoses which are plugged in to the four first stages...

More or less my plan too Nick. I see you have swapped out the JJ cam band for the AP version too ;-)

On the O2 side you can use this:

They are both pretty small. XS Scuba also makes a 1-2 port y block.
 
Those are different from what the jj comes stock with.the one i have on my jj is a triangle shape, that tucks right in btw the can and the weight tubes. Those appear like they would stick out more.

I very much doubt whether the Omniswivel 3 port block will fit where the JJ block sits. Unless someone knows differently? I did speak to John at Narked @ 90 (UK service centre for the JJ) who doesn't hold stock of the JJ blocks and I'm still waiting on Jan to reply.
 
Why not just stock everything a fella might need? Or are they (JJ) trying to limit access to JJ owners only?

Steve, I am led to understand that some JJ components have been popular with home builders, so perhaps availability has been restricted for this reason?
 
Which is pretty much what I was getting at with restricting the parts to Jj owners.
I'm not knocking it, it is however a shame though that those lungs are not available to others to use. I have many buddies whom would buy a set to use in another rebreather.
