Diluent flush and current limited cells

I don't think Brad want's to comment on the APOC electronics - there's still no ETA for them despite the fact that a) they work, b) they had massing R&D budget and c) they are best in class with lowest WOB, more PDF's than can fit on a long stick and with certifications coming out of their flapper-valves.

The only thing amiss with the iCCR is it's availability. And we still wait eagerly for the end-tidal-PCO2 chart we were promised back in 2012.
