Use of images without my permission

Like the title says, I am wondering if I should be offended or flattered. On the one hand I have taken the time and effort to put these images on my website to promote the sale of the item. On the other hand, someone has decided to use my images to sell their item in the used market.

Should I report it to eBay and have my images removed from the listing or just let it happen? Hell, the images even have my "Dsix36" watermark across them so is it a form of free advertising?

See reply on the other place (or in summary, ask them to remove it or report them. They are showing disrespect by using it without permission, so you need not feel obliged to cut them some slack).

Hey Don, In my personal opinion from your stand point I would let it go. They are reselling the product they bought from you after all. However if I was in the market for a used Don6 stand I would not buy from them because the photos don't show the condition of what they are selling. But hey opinions are like A$$holes.

Don , i would not stress over a 1 time sale item. multiple times or different sites are abuse and that i would not let slide.
