What data would you like, specifically?

Uses 1.5kg of 797 for up to 2 hours of use.
5L cylinder

I don't yet know the weight of the unit with AL backplate and harness configuration, which is how it will ship initially. With the jacket style BC it weighs approximately 17-18Kg. That would drop considerably with the backplate configuration.

Datas:
Max Depth?

Weight dive ready? Is the unit negative in fresh water?

OK thanks for information.
Just one more thing. I understand that the Explorer is developed from VR Technology (Kevin Gurr) for Hollis. Is the unit manufactured at VRT in UK or at Hollis in USA?
What about support in Europe? From VR Technology?

The Explorer was indeed developed by VR and Kevin, but its a wholly owned Hollis product - nothing to do with VR after development - I think you can safely forget VR's involvement now its been released.

Most of the manufacturing and testing is done by a sister company under the AUP umbrella - 2002 Design.

Support will be provided by Oceanic Europe in Europe, there have large premises in Germany and a brilliant support centre in the UK.
I am not sure if these are subsidiaries of AUP (USA) or franchises...

They are manufactured abroad (Asia) from the photos I've seen on Facebook from Hollis (oriental staff in photographs)

OK, let's see then how clever Oceanic will release and promote it then. I will have a close look an the unit on next dive show.
Cheers.
