In playing with it and talking to Edd about it, it should be fairly agnostic. Edd's come up with a solution in the prototyping phase that I think would work pretty well to make this pretty easy to attach to practically any sidemount harness. I can't imagine the XDeep wrapping around the diver being an issue as the CLs sit mostly on your back.

They are held down with a bungie cord though. So they would compress the counterlungs underneath.

remember that the xdeep/razor style wings do not sit flush against your back even with the bungees so there is room for the crossover

Perhaps, but until someone's tried it's a bit of a stretch to say the sidewinder will work well with an xdeep or razor style wing. Or work at all.
