Hi folks, our project started as a 'home build' but we are now moving the unit in to production. RD1 (Rebreather Day 1) is a shallow water oxygen only closed circuit rebreather. It has been designed with an open architecture that allows for easy upgrades to SCR or CCR. A training program is being developed to promote this type of natural training progression.
6 pre-production units are in the field, and we've put more than 300 hours of manned field testing on the system. Production components are being phased in to inventory over the next 6-12 months.
