New (re)breath of life for AP Classic

Don't forget there's NO controller redundancy with the AV1, although from the noises Alexey's making there will soon be temp stick and maybe CO2 sensor support which are the only two things the Vision has left to offer over an AV1.

Would it allow for something like a nerd or ext petrel to be connected for cell monitoring ?

Paul,
I've got an AV1C head I made up with a fischer connector for the secondary, allows me to use anything that uses the shearwater fischer connector.
Currently has a Narked@90 HUD on it, but if I win the lottery a Nerd works as well.

matt: it's not exactly standard equipment though, is it? And for similar bucks you can throw a NERD on.

Paul: analogue NERD, ext Petrel, Dream, N@90/Shearwater HUD etc all just parallel up on the O2 cells. So, yes, you could use these. I use the old smithers Shearwater HUD this way. It provides a backup of loop PPO2 monitoring in case the AV1 dies, but none of these provide redundancy on the solenoid.

If you want to turn your Classic into a rEvo with "27 cells minimum or you'll die" then of course you can :) provided you can find somewhere and some way to mount them in the throat at the base of the inhale hose. N@90 do a five cell holder which would cover this pretty well.

Lol!
