Narked 4 cell kit

Hi all-

Apologies since this is almost certainly something that's been answered here. Somehow I was having trouble searching for it. If I plug a Shearwater into the Narked@90 4th cell kit, does it share two of the cells with the Vision or does it monitor only the 4th cell? Or does it do either, depending on how I wire it?

I think it depends upon which cable you got with it. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is:

If you got the 1-cell cable, you can monitor the 4th cell (if added), or a different single cell with a splitter.
If you got the 3-cell cable, you can monitor three cells with splitters (and isolating electronics preferred).

I think this also depends upon your computer. My X1 has the option to monitor 1 or 3 cells. I'm pretty sure the Shearwaters do as well. Not sure about other computers.
