For Sale Mk15 Rebreather

Mk15 Rebreather for sale. Complete unit including spheres, electronics, original loop, scrubber, harness, and wing. Unit was originally purchased from Kevin at Juergensen Marine so it comes with the upgraded horseshoe board with gold plated banana plugs for cell connectors. Currently set up to run high voltage cells driving the analog secondary or optional Hammerhead Rev D as secondary. Unit is in good shape and has been well maintained but does show signs of wear and tear.

  • Loop: Original rubber hoses and Scott DSV
  • Spheres: Drager Carbon Fiber Wrapped 2L
  • Electronics: Hammerhead Rev C Primary w/Tri-mix and deco enabled. Original Analog Secondary
  • Optional Electronics: Hammerhead Rev D on a Bendix set up as a Secondary
  • Pneumatics: Apeks US4 1st stages with original SS plumbing
  • Off-board Gas: Whitey Valve w/ QC4
  • Solenoid: Wattmizer
  • Enrique Titanium Stand and Harness Adapter with Bail-Out-Bottle Mount. Inclusion of the cylinder and BOB regulator is negotiable. Dive Rite 50 LB wing, webbing harness.

Has a custom carbon fiber cover. Unit comes with lots of spares including original analog electronics, Bendix cables, full o-ring kit, scrubber seals and extra hardware. The spheres are technically at the end of their 15 year service life. Still have the original military shipping container. Shipping would be from zip code 20003.

As for "double jeweled movement" you are getting beyond my understanding of the workings of the secondary. It is a standard Mk15 secondary display that has been used since the beginning. It is probably the same unit that was used in the early Prisms.

Bump for a great seller. I bought a booster from him, and not only did he do an awesome job of packing and working out how to get it halfway around the world to me, he also took the time to send several detailed emails regarding operation and maintenance. It's ranked among the best online personal transactions I've been involved in.

Jim - Thanks for the kind words. I can get that Mk15 boxed up and shipped just as easily :) Hope the booster is serving you well.
 
So I figured I would make one more pitch to sell of the Mk15 as a complete unit before I start parting it out for spares. The weather is warming up and it is just in time to get training knocked out before the season begins. This is a complete unit with everything working. Its last dive was on the Doria so it is still quite functional. All reasonable offers considered.

If you do end up selling in parts would you let me know as I like the idea of having spare electrics for my old girl... (but would be genuinely sorry to think of one being broken)

I am interested in the 15 Secondary with the bendix 90deg wire and the other 90 center to pod wire, or, any of these you can part with.
I will buy as seen in the pic's you provided.

I don't know if I can afford the whole unit, but, I would be very interested in the original electronics pod if you still have it and the secondary read-out ,,, no wires as I understand that you want to keep the unit divable. What would you want for these items.
