Issue with tempstick cable

Hi all,

since the weekend I do have trouble with the cable coming from the tempstick. Just above the end of the stick it seems to be broken internally. The connection was only working in a certain position and disappeared during the dive.
Does anybody know a fix for that? Is there any option to shorten the cable and reconnect it to the stick?
