golem order?

So I ordered about usd400 worth of bits and pieces on 2 Apr 2014 from golem (and paid in fully with cc). No response to numerous emails as to the dispatched state of my order? almost 6 weeks later?
Colloquially I have a mate who is waiting over two months.

is this normal?

This seems to be the problem over and over.
The main reason seems to be that Jacobs clients email get stuck in the spam filter.
How ever Jacob will deliver don't worry about that.
But do give him a phone call and he will tell you whats up and then he will find the problems with your emails as well.

Phone or repeated PMs through the forums work best. Don't use the contact form from his website. Never got a response that way.
 
after pming, just got a email saying order had been dispatched.
funny, all it needed was a prompt. really should not need a prompt to send what I had already paid for!
 
Send him a PM before ordering to make sure he has stock of what you want and then he will be very quick with shipping, in my experience...
