Bucket Leaking During Pressurized Cell Check

I got my hands on one of the cell validators from APD. Cells are all working fine but I wanted to give it a try. When it goes to pressurize, I'm getting a leak out of the bucket lid seal. Normal positive/negative checks are always fine.. O-ring is lubricated and in good shape.. Anyone ever ran into this? It's an older bucket ('07) so that may not be helping..

Try putting on a new lid oring, just to be sure?
There have been a handful of posts over the years on the apd divers Facebook group, that seem to indicate the culprit may be a crack in the lid itself. Hopefully that's not the case with yours, as it seems to be a pricy trip back to the factory to fix.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Hopefully that'll do the trick.

Nice to see some are using a cell checker, hope you got yours sorted out. I just used my remobulator and pressure pot from juergensen marine and they were perfectly linear all the way up to 2 ata .you cant do that under water!
