Yes, you are correct... but....
First, using air dil at 50 meters is not advisable... Most training agencies state that the PO2 of your dil shouldn’t be higher than 1.1 bar at maximum depth. That way, one can actually flush done the loop if the gas inside it becomes suspect.
Additionally, the...
Umm... a Perdix measures 74mm x 83mm x 39mm... according to Shearwater’s website.
Interesting concept - especially, the loading of custom tables. I wish the best of success with this project.
In regards to the nitrox tanks being off board, think about it.... one of the least appealing characteristics of some of the older SCR’s is the twin 7 liter (50 cuft) tanks attached on either side of the scubber.... HEAVY.... as an SCR does need considerably more gas than 3l.

Just a guess, as a layman, I would think that any injury that negatively affects circulation could be deleterious in regards to DCS risk.... But, that should be confirmed, or refuted, by a medical professional...
Ummmm..... @rossh.... how many times does it need to be pointed out, and by how many people, that Don’s dive didn’t conform to the strategy that Simon has suggested might reduced decompression stress upon surfacing? Even Don, himself, said that he wasn’t attempting to emulate Simon’s strategy...

For sure, all Petrel versions are DiveCAN...
A friend of mine is looking to sell his very low hours Prism 2... it’s probably one of the nicest ones I’ve seen, with many nice extras (NERD monitor, Hollis stand, ratcheting tank bands, etc...). PM me, if your friend is interested. I’ll be posting...
In the spirit of the title... I’m looking for a RMS scrubber cassette, or two.... and, TBH, looking at the markup on OEO’s website, it’d almost be cheaper to fly to Belgium and by direct... However, if I can find someone who’s got one,or two, languishing in their spares kit, and would like to...
By definition, drowning is "the process of experiencing respiratory impairment from submersion/immersion in liquid." As such, a hypoxic or hypercapnia event whilst submerged would be a case of drowning, regardless of a lack of aspirated water.
So sad to hear of something like this happening...
