I've considered wiring, but the connector shows no signs of corrosion. I also think a wiring problem would cause the cell to either not register at all, or give 0 or 2.55 readings. Thoughts?

So, I just got back from a 7 day dive trip where I racked up 18 hours on my Evo. Almost every day, I finished at least one dive with a Cell 3 error, almost always during final ascent. The cell would become sluggish and couldn't keep up with the changing PO2 during ascent, but it would catch up...

A bit late to the game, but for future reference, the mushroom valves on the AP DSV/BOV are the same size, although one side is notched to prevent reversing the flow. A dremel would quickly solve that problem. Also, I thought hose diameters were the same? The AP hoses are 1.5". Jim

There's a post on TDS that mentions both POR15 and ZRC. I haven't used either, but I had a set of doubles that someone else Redid with ZRC before I bought them. I had no complaints with the finish, but I had to touch up a couple of spots where it had come off and begun to rust again.
