In my work we have, over time, come to realize that the fire triangle is an inaccurate reflection of reality. More accurate is the fire quadrangle, with each side representing: Fire, Fuel, Oxygen and Fire Chief. Remove any one side of the quadrangle and the fire goes out. :)
