The way that I was taught makes it very easy to over pack.

If you over pack the scrubber and put 6 hours on it it becomes very hard to get the lime out. The solution is to not over pack.

When you say like "concrete" what do you mean? I have roughly 60 packs on my Defender scrubber and its pretty dry but when i turn it upside down it wont pour till I smack the side once. Then it pours right out.
