Isc toscl

Who is this fine looking man...lol
looks like everything is up to high.
Lance do the TOS lungs come with new hoses, or have to use my own, they may be to long ...

Hey Tony, No that's why they are called Top of the Shoulder.........Jeff Swann from Darwin is a Meg diver and was doing his Pathfinder crossover. All you need is are the CLs and the vacuum ADV which comes with the Set.

If I ever get another chance I'll be diving them on my Meg from now on :)

Hi when you say that "The manual add valve for the O2 was also difficult for me to reach " would this cus you may have it to far back ?
I have not used these yet in fact I only saw these recently at here at OZ-teck for what I saw I was impressed as Lance said looks to be a improvement over front counter lungs, little bit concern with the size of the Vacuum ADV tho.

To be fair I have to say that they were likely not perfectly situated on my rig and may have just needed to be pulled down more in the front. I never did try the vacuume ADV and opted to stick with the standard one which seemed to work just fine for me. I still did not like the rubbing of the CL against my ears and what I perceived to be a higher WOB. I should give them a second try and spend a bit more time setting them up next time.

Used the new TOS CL for a few dives and the work well, because of theposition of the TOS CL it is a little bit tricky to reach the O2 MAV, but with a little bit "training" no problem to disconnect and connsct the O2 hose, for me the ADV works perfect and i am working on a "clear" solution to disconncet the onboard dil and connect the offboard dil, i post pics here, i have paid arround 750,-- € for the pair,.....

Cheers Markku

Here is my solution to add dil from my stage via the adv:

news TOS CL to be used with a Meg

Hello All,

I would like to know if with the new TOS CL, we still need to clip the bottom part of the CL to the harness .

If not, what do you do with the two male clips on the harness ? Just cut off them ?

thanks

and burp off expanding loop volume upon ascent after bailing out automatically where the bottom of the exhale CL needed to be unclipped so it could float up with the OTS CLs.

There's a weight stop buckle sewn onto a very short piece of webbing at the very bottom of each CL. You place a piece of bungee on the harness aligned with the bottom of the CL and loop it over the buckle to hold it in place. Simple and works very nicely.

Just get another crotch strap and replace the one with the CL hold down clips. That way if you ever decide to switch back you have the strap to go with them. A new crotch strap is only a couple of dollars.....
