i just want to let everyone know we will be launching a new website soon,
its much more involved with a lot more features and products.
But one of the things that may be a problem is porting over all the customer accounts, and one the new site goes live we will not have access to the old invoices or accounts so i urge anyone that wants to down load any old invoices from their account to do so bef...ore we lose the ability to retrieve them,
We will do our best to port over the accounts but the 2 website work very different from each other and the account format is also very different, and even if we can move over the accounts we cant move the old invoices or passwords.
We hope the new site will make it much easier for you and us, check out should be only 1 or 2 clicks,
And if you want you can store your payment details in the level 1, PCI compliant check out, the same system used by Amazon, you only need to click the box.
We will start a rewards programme as soon as i can figure it all out and make it work and add features and bonuses as we get familiar with the new system
we will be going live very soon so please down load any invoices from your account asap.

You're not kidding. It's been an epic journey. This is the first time we've had to employ a web geek to sort stuff out because its so extensive.
Well, we hope you like it.
John will post up when we throw the switch.
 
im sure yoou know better than most the trouble of building websites and have them work corrrectly, then add to that level 1 PCI compliance, what a headache!
i never want to do this again so i hope people like the new site :spin::spin:
 
Sorry to ask but will you have purchase records for warranty efforts or should we be pulling off invoices now?

i have full purchas records but if you want copy invoices you need to download them from your account on the website

I'm sure you boys have taken far more money from my bank account than shows on the website. Presumably phone orders don't show?

we have managed to port over all the customer accounts to the new website, the old invoice will not show but your accounts and passwords should still work.

that took some work:boggle:
we will be going live soon, im trying to find all the bugs and i think i have found most of them, but im sure a few will surface as we go live.

The new site is very pretty John! It took all of my self-control not to spend lots of $$$ there! :smackbum: But I did make an inquiry...

Looks nice and works fine with Explorer.

But the important thing is what the products are and I would argue that the Mini Cell Checker is by far the best and most important RB-accesory I've ever bought.
