Maybe things are different in your country but Paul (rEvo in Belgium) is well aware of the lack of quality and customer satisfaction for the USA service center and has not done anything at all to correct it.

This is the kind of crap that is killing to US market for rEvo. Nobody wants to be forced into this kind of a corner. rEvo used to be one of the top contenders but having only one US service center (and i really use that term loosely in this regards) with such a bad reputation for quality is...
