CO2 Seal Replacement?

I've removed the old one and am trying to install a new CO2 seal in the cone.

Is there a simple knack i'm missing as to how to get the o-ring to seat properly behind the CO2 seal?

So far its lots of grease and swearing and its beating me.......

Yes there is a knack. Took me 2 hrs of buggering about and then when I worked out how to do it, takes 5 secs.

Bugger if I can remember though. Had something to do with the where the hard plastic ring goes.

Good luck !

Not looked but probably a video on the web site?

Have u removed the plastic sealing ring? It should not be hard, had mine out a few times never recall any grief refitting it?

Good luck

i have a feeling we've played the same game. I have it sorted now after watching the video.....

i was trying to put the o-ring into the co2 seal and both into the cone at the same time. It appears you simpy fit the CO2 seal first into the cone and then lock it in place by fitting the o-ring into the groove with the co2 seal.
