The small sleeve was tight when dry but was a little loose when wet, so the Engineering Shop are making me three more with a tighter tolerance. One for me, one for Dave Tipping and one for Matty P.

The Shrimp also seemed a whisker heavier in my mouth than the JJ BOV and my chin doesn't seem to touch the chin rest in the water with positive pressure in the loop.

So results were generally very good and with a few tweaks, it should be even better.

Did you notice any change in WOB while in CC with the shrimp compared to the JJ BOV?

No not really, they both breathe about the same in my opinion in CC mode. The JJ breathes so well it is like there is no work of breathing at all.

Having gone from a JJ BOV to a Shrimp on my rEvo I can say that the CC WOB is much the much, the OC is better for sure and it's dry when you bail on. The issues you're having on head movement are definitely the bayonets you're using, mine was same same one to the other with the cooper connectors.

I put my shrimp im my JJ and it works great. I much prefer the rotating switch lever between CC and OC than twisting on the loop and the quick disconnect is great for cleaning and checking flapper valves.
I used my sentinel HUD holder that I got with the shrimp and added some rubber rings around the HUD end to make it fit. It works but not optimal yet.

The WOB on the JJ is outstanding. The unit flies great.

Yeah, I agree with you Dr Alex for all the reasons you mentioned. Regarding the HUD holder, I've made up some adapters, which convert the Diva REV D HUD holder from Golem Gear to the Shearwater HUD and they work very well indeed. A few of the guys on here have snapped them all up, but if I get any extras when I pick up the final batch from the engineer tomorrow, I'll let you know.
