CCR Explorers - the next step in CCR Diving!

Welcome back Unregistered

Closed Circuit Rebreather diving is a fast growing approach to diving. Be it technical or recreational, wreck, cave or reef, CCR diving can be relevant to the diving that you do. Jump in on our rebreather forums, find out more about who we are, what we do, and how we do it.

CCR Explorers is a Closed Circuit Rebreather diving forum run by divers for both CCR divers and those who are interested in learning more about our approach to diving. There is a lot of information around on the internet about Closed Circuit Rebreathers, we hope to bring it together here, at CCRX, into one resource which each of us can use.

So look around, tell us who you are, what you would like to see from CCRX, ask some questions, post reports of diving that you have done, or would like to do.

Safe Diving all from the CCRX Team.

Greetings everyone from Italy.

I started my silent diving with a mechanical reb around four year ago.

From last year, my machine is an Hammerhead CCR.

See you in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea,
on the wrecks of the II WW or on the red and black deep corals.

Ciao a tutti.

Hi All

Meg trained/ bought a few years ago but wasn't getting out very regularly on it. Making a concerted effort to change that this year. I'd better. Trimix course booked for Sept Been lurking through the threads here for a wee while. Overdue joining.

Cheers

Hi everyone,

Been following this forum for a while but now want to get more active.

I started my Hammerhead CCR course last weekend and should complete it in the next weeks. It's a very impressive unit and I'm very happy with my choice so far.

See you in Quebec cold waters or Florida caves!

Hi, I've been lurking on CCRX for a while as I was looking for info. on making the move (OK, first CCRX question, is making the move to a RB leaving or joining the dark side?).
I decided on the rEvo, I start training in a couple of weeks so I thought I'd make a proper introduction before I start asking more questions…

Hi,
I am Jonas from Örebro, Sweden.
My diving career started with an OW certificate in 1990 and I then had a 20+ years surface interval before I started all over again . In May 2014 I took my Poseidon MKVI certification which has truly revolutionized my rec-diving!
In the future it is very likely that I will move towards Tech, so currently I follow a... [Read More]
